Sales Enablement Instructional Design Consultant
100% Remote

Role Overview:

Instructional Designer will be a member of the Sales Enablement Team and will report to the Chief Revenue Officer. As the Instructional Designer, you will design content for our Sales team. You will partner with the Sales Advocates and the Sales Leaders to implement all training across our Sales organization.

Primary Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts in various job functions in Sales, Marketing and Operations to document business process materials and training job aids.
  • Analyze existing Sales Enablement material and create, re-design, and deliver learning opportunities for our sales team.
  • Own and drive the instructional design process from needs analysis to the development of the final product.
  • Apply expertise in instructional design and digital learning tools to develop innovative content, resources, and training that is relevant, actionable, and easily consumed by sales organization.
  • Continue implementation of new and existing content in with optimized organization.
  • Ensure enablement materials are organized, consumable, clear and that processes are measurable.
  • Maintain and update internal repositories/libraries where all training documentation and communication is stored.
  • Build awareness for training material and training sessions via existing Field Operations communications channels such as training calendars, Enablement calls, newsletters, new hire onboarding and ongoing learning programs.
  • Create quick-sheet material to support with training initiatives.
  • Create self-serve video training content tailored to role specific functions in Sales and Marketing.
  • Support the overall Enablement team with ongoing training events including scheduling SMEs and internal speakers and subject matter experts.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience with Learning Development and Instructional Design experience in a corporate training environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply instructional design theory, models, and technical training best practices.
  • Experienced with Docebo Learning Suite (LMS).
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing tools including, Highspot, and G-suite
  • Experience using standard publishing tools (Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat)
  • Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, execute on your own and follow-up in a timely manner and anticipate problems and roadblocks.
  • You must be a self-motivated team player with the ability to conduct new hire business process and system training on and other apps used for sales process.
  • Creative ability – propose new ideas on how learning material can be documented and shared with our sales audience. Think outside the box.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive at engaging Subject Matter Experts.
  • Resourceful. Ability to collect the right content from existing materials.
  • Systems savvy. Ability to utilize content develop tools (Zoom, MS office, video editing, Camtasia).
