Terrific 12+ months contract in Plano, TX for a Sales Curriculum Developer. Will interact with Sales Development and Training, Retail Products, Insurance Products, Marketing, Legal, Enterprise Compliance, Sales Operations, Sales Technology and Field associates. Must be very detail oriented, as a significant portion of the responsibilities will involve creating, proofing and editing training content. Looking for someone that is highly creative in the design and development of training materials with intermediate to expert level developer skills in eLearning software; should be comfortable with identifying and communicating opportunities to improve training support processes.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the needs analyses to identify specific learning opportunities.
  • Utilize instructional design skills to gather content, design, and develop e-Learning, video, instructor-led and blended learning training modules.
  • Design and develop e-Learning/videos from ideation through storyboarding and development.
  • Design and develop training materials including facilitator guides, participant materials, quick reference guides, games, and collaborate with team members for implementation.
  • Update existing materials when program or process changes.
  • Ensure materials are compliant with the company branded style guide.
  • Modify content per direction of Sales Development and Training and/or other stakeholders.
 
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Intermediate experience with Articulate 360/Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and SnagIt.
  • Creative design ability.
  • Extensive developer capabilities.
  • Experience with Camtasia.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Prior Auto Finance experience a plus.
  • Knowledge in Adobe Captivate preferred.
