Position: Salesforce Software Developer
Location: Addison, Texas, 75001
Term: 12 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement RPA processes for Salesforce and MS Dynamics CRM applications in UiPath/Blue Prism. Must have experience with one or more RPA technologies.
  • Collaborating extensively with peers, Business Analysts, Operations Staff and Development to resolve client issues while actively contributing to a growing knowledge network that improves the effectiveness of our team.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of a long term strategy, roadmap with internal business units, enterprise architects, project management teams and vendor partners.
  • VisualForce MVC development, developing Triggers and integrating into other internal systems.
  • Acts in a lead technical role providing technical guidance and consultation with application teams, clients, and Engineering Managers for their technology domain environments including but not limited to cloud, middleware, operating systems, applications, Software-as-a-Service, and Platform-as-a-Service products.
  • Designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents programs using Agile development practices.
  • Provides the strategy and design for projects associated with their technology domain including, upgrades and deployments.
  • Utilizes advanced technologies and methods to integrate their technology domain with other technology domains, enabling the creation of new or expanded heterogeneous environments.
  • Develops new documentation and departmental technical procedures.
  • Directs the gathering of performance statistics to assist in determining hardware and communication tools needed to support projected transaction volumes, response time and system availability targets.
  • As an escalation point, provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of highly complex technical problems.
  • Leads projects and manages the work of less experienced staff.
  • Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported technology domain.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

  • 2+ years building Salesforce Applications including APEX and VisualForce development. VisualForce MVC development, developing Triggers and integrating into other internal systems.
  • Experience in Salesforce lightning design and development.
  • Strong experience in SFDC development using Apex and VisualForce development.
  • Experience in Salesforce lightning design and development.
  • Strong experience in SFDC development using Apex classes, Triggers, Visual Force, SOQL and SOSL.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce Security, Authentication and Authorization (Single-sign-on, Session based and OAuth2).
  • Good knowledge in querying databases such as Oracle and queries using Force.com explorer.
  • Good knowledge of Force.com Migration tool.
  • Good understanding of design patterns.
  • 5 + years of experience with Eclipse IDE or 5+ years of MS Visual Studio experience.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience
