Grow your career as a Risk Program Management Lead with an innovative global bank in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will be required to work onsite 2-3 days per week.

Will work with business partners, various control functions and external consultants, to design, develop, test and implement firm-wide systems to support New Activities, and Product Risk Monitoring (PRM) including Product Inventories, Product Risk Ratings and Ongoing Monitoring of Product Risk profiles. The various Risk Monitoring Governance Frameworks, business specific guidelines and workflow tools are supported by bespoke system developments. Will design and develop testing plans, test scripts, presentation materials, JIRA Stories, business requirements and iterative scoping documents to support the on-going evolution and expansion of Product Risk. 

Responsibilities include:
•    Will translate stakeholder requirements into epic/user stories, workflow/process diagram for an agile delivery model.
•    Will manage major implementation SDLC project life cycle which will include system mock-ups that support the workflow process.
•    Work with all business lines, Chief Data Office (CDO) and Technology team leading the design and creating business process flows, workflow design, epic/user stories and technology data flows.
•    Partner effectively with key business and technology teams in translating epic/user stories to ensure New Activities Approval Frameworks are systemized firm wide.
•    Responsible for leading & facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meeting.
•    Possess excellent communication skills to interact with global business groups to elicit, analyze and document Iterative Scoping document
•    Provide post release assistance to business, development and support groups
•    Lead solution conversations between business groups and technology by providing:
•    Current state and Target state workflow diagrams
•    Screen shots/mockups
•    Use case/Scenarios
•    Drive and support the business leads, to operationalize the business specific guidelines on the technology workflow tool that enables execution and oversight of updated end-to-end new activities approval and governance processes within targeted timeframes on workflow tool.
•    Ability to develop strong relationships with others, effectively influencing peers and business partners
•    Self-motivated and organized, with determination to achieve goals; ability to work autonomously when required

Qualifications:
•    6-10 years of Project/Program Management experience.
•    Degree in economics, finance, risk management, MBA, or CFA or FINRA license.
•    Ability to partner effectively with key business and control personnel to develop and ensure Product Inventory Frameworks are systemized firm-wide and for business specific processes. Ensure consistent and relevant updating and enhancements for a comprehensive approach.
•    Ability to drive and support the business leads, to operationalize the business specific guidelines on the technology workflow tool that enables execution and oversight of updated end-to-end product approval and governance processes within targeted timeframes on workflow tool.
•    Ability to design pilot, including tools and MIS templates, business specific training and Frameworks plans.
•    Ability to coordinate with Technology to present plans and prototypes of standard workflow and Management Information tools; identify business specific requirements, if any.
•    Experience supporting and monitoring regulatory MRA deliverables; escalate any target date slippage.
•    Experience developing and implementing mitigating strategies to get back on track.
•    Experience with PMO tracking, reporting of project progress include reports for senior management within the Risk PMO structure ensuring completion of project deliverables on-time meeting Risk, Finance, Data and Business Line objectives and expectations. 
•    Partner with the Tech teams and external consultants to track weekly progress reporting for individual work streams. 
•    Develop presentations for workshops, meetings and steering groups.
•    Managing and develop enhancements to the business specific process including Process, Risk Assessment, ongoing engagement, resources, data and technology.
•    Experience drafting Agile Iterative Scoping Documents.
•    Experience in business requirements documentation, process mapping, process re-engineering and managing large, complex, multi-function and/or multi-business line system project development, deployment, and implementations.
•    Experience working with multi-functional partners and internal stakeholders, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Demonstrated skills in business process mapping, Visio (or like software), PowerPoint, and Excel.
•    Proficient in leading business elicitation meetings, writing use cases, writing test scripts, and organizing user acceptance testing.
•    Demonstrated experience running large infrastructure projects on global basis across multiple business lines
•    Excellent communicator given the primary role of articulating complex, overlapping and requirements and structure firmwide.
•    Experience and ease in interfacing with Senior Management and creating presentations for Senior Management.
•    Knowledge of the relevant customer, industry and product range with an understanding of risk disciplines (e.g. market risk, credit risk, operational risk, etc.) and experience in handling such data.
•    Individual should be analytical, flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Integrity, honesty, sound judgment, common sense, and attention to detail.
