Risk Manager

Grow your career as a Risk Manager with an innovative global bank in New York, NY. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will be working remotely.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present training related communication materials to stakeholders across the lines of defense.
  • Review, analyze, aggregate and report assessment conclusions for individual organizational units across the lines of defense, including the identification of themes and root causes.
  • Support individual assessments by taking meeting notes, monitoring and following-up on action items and assembling related documentary evidence.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Advanced degree(s) with an analytical focus (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Organizational Design, etc.).
  • 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a role that requires superior critical thinking, problem solving and excellent oral/written communication skills (e.g., consulting, regulatory).
  • Knowledge of financial risks (i.e., credit, market and/or liquidity) and of the company's businesses.
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
