Responsibilities:

Develop and present training related communication materials to stakeholders across the lines of defense.

Review, analyze, aggregate and report assessment conclusions for individual organizational units across the lines of defense, including the identification of themes and root causes.

Support individual assessments by taking meeting notes, monitoring and following-up on action items and assembling related documentary evidence.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors or Advanced degree(s) with an analytical focus (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Organizational Design, etc.).

10+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a role that requires superior critical thinking, problem solving and excellent oral/written communication skills (e.g., consulting, regulatory).

Knowledge of financial risks (i.e., credit, market and/or liquidity) and of the company's businesses.

Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
