Position: Retail Loyalty Program Manager
Location: Woonsocket Rhode Island
Hourly Rate: $ 57.14/hr.
Term: 7 months
- Evaluate growth of key metrics: Awareness, Preference, Engagement.
- Ensure a motivating and effective experience for the customer engaging with, our ExtraCare program. Consistently evaluate our Consumer Experience, how we deliver Value, the ease of the program, and identify paths for optimization.
- Partner with the digital personalization team to bring new experiences to life ranging from products to coupons.
- Search out net new opportunities to drive incremental loyalty. Recommend new benefits and program optimizations rooted in customer insights and data.
- Collaborate on the development, management and execution of our annual ExtraCare customer member appreciation event.
- Day to day P&L management and sizing new opportunities
- Partner closely across the organization - from Loyalty & Personalization to Consumer Insights, Marketing, Public Relations and Creative - to create develop and grow the ExtraCare brand voice.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in data-driven marketing, loyalty or customer strategy, product development, or other relevant business function.
- 4 year degree in: Communications, Marketing/Business
