Grow your career as a Reporting Analyst with an innovative global bank in Tampa, FL. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will start working remotely until offices reopen, then will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week.
  • Manage end-to-end production of key management reports such as Monthly Operating Reviews, Executive Scorecards, and other reoccurring and ad hoc reporting including headcount, attrition, and other organizational and human capital metrics.
  • Leverage reporting and analytics to support leadership in providing guidance to senior management for enabling key business decision making.
  • Streamline and standardize management reporting across various functions, including headcount, attrition, performance management, training, etc.
  • Drive adoption of PowerBI dashboards to deepen analytics and reporting insights.
  • Create and execute project management reporting and governance to ensure a healthy book of work across the organization and products by leveraging tools including SharePoint and visual dashboards.
  • 3+ years minimum experience in reporting, analytics, and project management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint) required.
  • Prefer experience with emerging technologies especially Power BI.
