Grow your career as a Regulatory Program Manager with an innovative global bank in Tampa, FL. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will start working remotely until offices reopen, then will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week. Will be responsible for liaising with cross business unit stakeholders/Project Managers to exchange information in coordination with other stakeholders and present the status report to Senior Management. Will also be responsible to manage the Architecture Review of projects. Will partner with key internal stakeholders to drive end-to-end program/project management for all regulatory programs and ARB Reviews and ensure the company meets the Regulator’s timelines and standard.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage regulatory governance meeting and regulatory program status reporting to meetings and other reporting forums, including preparing materials, coordinating with project managers to gather status and developing a compelling and clear presentation.
  • Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, monitoring against targets, project updates, etc. as required by management.
  • Support/manage high priority regulatory projects across their lifecycle by identifying and structuring problems, analyzing requirements, project scope and planning, communicating project deliverables and working cross business unit team to implement the regulatory mandate within the timeline.
  • Attend regulatory meetings as representative of the organization on regulatory matters. Record meeting summaries and follow-up actions for distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex, high impact regulatory requirements and implementation framework through in-depth analysis and evaluation of Regulatory mandate, systems and industry standards, and documents requirements.
  • Maintain data and document repository tools such as SharePoint and other web-based applications to enable effective communication and information access control and to reduce email manual touchpoints.
  • Implement controls to enhance integrity of key management reporting.
  • Identify risks, communicate impact. Propose risk mitigation options.
  • Manage Architecture Review of all projects.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree is preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in project/program management, strategy development and execution, ability to engage with several working groups, lead and manage simultaneous projects.
  • A track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional, projects.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with demonstrated ability to transfer data into compelling presentations.
  • Experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including Agile project work, JIRA and managing Confluence.
  • Prefer subject matter expert in Regulatory Program Management.
  • Business domain knowledge (Capital Markets, Cash, Derivatives, Money Markets covering cross asset product groups Rates, FX, Credit, Equities, Commodities & GSP) is preferred.
