Position: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Soho, New York 10013
Hourly Rate: $35.82/hr.
Term: 6 Months Contract

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Learning & Development
  • Coordinates learning program activities including scheduling, waitlist monitoring and participant and vendor communication
  • Creates and maintains the training calendar, assists with vendor management and scheduling
  • Delivers a best in class learning experience for participants
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for all live training and events, joins all training sessions to ensure everything is set up properly and address any access issues for vendors/attendees.
  • Anticipates and follows up on requests and issues with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Responsible training/event logistics including setup or live or virtual environment, event materials, and other logistics
  • Talent & Culture Team Initiatives
  • Actively manages project timelines for an HR and Survey software roll out, including meeting, system testing, and follow up on action items
  • Supports Talent and Culture team with scheduling, presentation design, and project admin as needed
  • Ongoing research of the industry to collect information on trends and make recommendations
  • Seeks out and recommends process improvements; implements new procedures as appropriate

Is it a good fit? (Requirements):
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional office environment is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year working in Learning/HR or related function or staffing agency either as a Project Coordinator and/or similar role with basic understanding of learning and organizational development or HR concepts, policies, and administrative procedures is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrable skills in detail and organization, time management and ability to continually re-prioritizing work activity.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain sensitive information in strictest confidence and absolute confidentiality in all business matters.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented, highly responsive and able to take initiative and work successfully both independently and as a team member.

Even better if you have:
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems and/or Talent Management systems a is highly preferred.
