Position: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Flexible on location – Conshohocken, PA/Dallas & Carrolton, TX Area

Term: 3 Months

Responsibilities

Works closely with the recruiting and staffing team in order to contribute to a highly-effective staffing and development environment.
Schedules interviews with potential and qualified candidates for specific job openings.
Maintains recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
Assists in the review of applications and interviews of applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.
Screens and processes resumes. Coordinates job advertising in various media.
Assists in preparing and mailing new-hire and employment offer letters and packets for potential candidates.
May coordinate and participate in job fairs as needed.
Assists in the development and maintenance of contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
Assists recruiters in contacting external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates.
Assists with the utilization and identification of Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
Assists with reference and background checks.
Files and maintains employment records for future references; ensures compliance with applicant tracking requirements.
May assist the Associate Relations function with a variety of projects as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements 

Proficient with Microsoft
Great organizational skills
Ability to work in fast paced/high volume role
Good relationship skills (will need to work with Recruiters/hiring manager/candidates regularly)
Experience with ATS (Workday Recruiting a plus!)
Experience with managing pre-employment processes a plus
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Initiative & quick learner
flexibility to switch between multiple tasks quickly
College degree preferred
Customer/client service focused
