Position: Recruiter
Location: Remote
Term: 6 Months Contract
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivering full life-cycle recruitment by identifying, screening, evaluating, and placing qualified candidates for assigned departments and business units.

Manage a requisition load through the use of a hiring management system, and will be responsible for driving recruitment strategies, policies and procedures.

Responsible for meeting and surpassing recruitment goals and hiring manager expectations, and will strive to ensure a positive candidate experience and onboarding process.

Drives the recruiting activities, including, but not limited to, researching and sourcing candidates, interviewing and evaluating candidate fit, and facilitating the offer process.

Partners with hiring managers to gain thorough understanding of hiring needs. Develops and implements strategic recruitment plans for professional (non-exempt and exempt) and management level positions.

Manages the offer process by partnering with HR Generalists and hiring managers to review and approve offer amounts. Draft, extend, and negotiate offer details with candidates of all levels.

Ensures the effectiveness of recruiting and selection techniques and compliance with legislated requirements, such as EEO and AAP Regulations.

Provides technical recruiting and hiring advice to help address and resolve complex staffing issues.

Manages full life-cycle recruitment process for all assigned internal and external requisitions as assigned by management.

Assists in developing and maintaining recruiting policies, procedures, and other related materials.

Performs other related duties as required or requested.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

College Degree, preferably in Business or Human Resources, or equivalent work experience, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of staffing policies and procedures.

5+ years of Recruiting experience required, preferably in a corporate staffing environment. Must have solid understanding of OFCCP regulations and guidelines.

2+ years of solid sourcing experience for corporate manager and above positions.

Demonstrates experience with a wide variety of sourcing vehicles, including: internet sourcing/advertising, direct sourcing, trade journal/newspaper advertising, employee referral campaigns, job fairs and outplacement firms.

Demonstrates the ability to work autonomously on assigned open requisitions.

Demonstrates proficiency in applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors highly preferred), Microsoft Office, including, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strongly prefer a background in filling Sales and Marketing positions.
