Our client is seeking a Project Manager for a contract role opportunity! 

TITLE: Project Manager - Sr
TERM: 7 months contract, 8:00am-5:00pm
Available for fully-remote work* for duration of 7mo. contracting

  • Responsible for delivery and risk management of projects initiating or amidst implementation.
  • As needed, develop project plans and drive project milestones.
  • Employ project management methodologies and tools.
  • Identify, coordinate, and manage resources and key stakeholders for project.
  • Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
  • Manage all necessary communication plans, training and documentation.
  • Work with functional managers and agile practitioners (AKA "scrum masters") to ensure risks are clearly identified and communicated, allowing CSX to deliver projects on time, at/under budget and within scope.
  • Use broad tool reporting to understand and communicate project status to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Position requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio.
  • 6+ years of prior experience in project management is required
