Are you Project Manager with solid PowerPoint skills? If you enjoy scheduling meetings, creating presentations, updating management and working onsite we have a 6 month+ contract just west of Hoover. 

Note: All candidates should be metal free and high voltage training will be provided. 

Job duties include but are not limited to: Application Management, Business Relationship Manager, Project Manager for Infrastructure projects. 

Requirements:

  • Good presentation skills
  • Great organization and follow through
  • Ability and determination to manage multiple projects 
  • Project management skills 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and experience, leveraging these skills to interact with all levels of management.
  • Highly adaptable and self-motivated; needs little direction

Responsibilities:

  • Manage PO for the projects.
    • Monitor changes that impact IT 
  • Application Manager for Database.
    • Support the creation of business requirements documentation for changes. 
    • Support developments and testing of changes with Business users.
    • Support creation of business requirements documentation with business users for system developments.
      • Support escalation of network issues.
      • Support Cloud Decision Processes for SP Applications.
      • Support migration of supported end user devices to new supported devices (Ex: scanners).
      • Support the creation and maintenance of file shares and digital storage of shipping documentation.
      • Act as IT project manager for new warehouse project.
      • Support application and material handling equipment work packages on IT network requirements.
      • Coordinate with Network team on specifications, schedule, procurement, and sign-off of IT infrastructure for new warehouse.
  • Project Manager.
    • Manage scope, budget and timeline for IT implementation topics for the project.
      • Local implementation and training and testing topics.
      • Coordinate the specification, procurement, and deployment of IT end user devices to support the business processes
      • Manage the Network team in the specification, procurement, and installation of IT infrastructure.
