Responsibilities:
- Manage PO for the projects.
- Monitor changes that impact IT
- Application Manager for Database.
- Support the creation of business requirements documentation for changes.
- Support developments and testing of changes with Business users.
- Support creation of business requirements documentation with business users for system developments.
- Support escalation of network issues.
- Support Cloud Decision Processes for SP Applications.
- Support migration of supported end user devices to new supported devices (Ex: scanners).
- Support the creation and maintenance of file shares and digital storage of shipping documentation.
- Act as IT project manager for new warehouse project.
- Support application and material handling equipment work packages on IT network requirements.
- Coordinate with Network team on specifications, schedule, procurement, and sign-off of IT infrastructure for new warehouse.

- Local implementation and training and testing topics.
- Coordinate the specification, procurement, and deployment of IT end user devices to support the business processes
