Job title : Project Manager M&A
Pay Rate:  $45-50/HR (based on qualifications and experience)

Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within the information technology department. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects.
Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Project Manager to assist with managing multiple plans, dates and documents. Multiple requests are being handed down on a weekly basis.
There are multiple systems in which we need to devise detail plans on how we will segregate the data, Will need to have multiple plans created and understand the dependencies between them as well as the Issues and Risks.
Experience working with M&A(Merge and Acquisition) projects .
Experience working with developers
