Position: Project Manager Coordinator
Location: Tampa, FL 33610-9122
Term: 12 Months Contract (09/27/2021 to 09/26/2022)
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Verify project team adherence to control and risk implementations as well as standards and process changes.
  • Determine scope and impact of project risks and issues; raises and resolves issues.
  • Track and manage project activities, action items, meeting notes, and decisions.
  • Support any documented requirement end-to-end from requirements elicitation to production support.
  • Support the User Acceptance Testing as part of the end-to-end process of seeing requirements through to completion.
  • Coordinate with regional and global AML and partner compliance teams
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., requirements, UAT, data analysis) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving project objectives.
  • Lead efforts to track and upload test cases into HPQC.
  • Assist in tracking enhancements/change requests.
  • Assist with BAU training and communications related to goals and organizational alignment; and ensure messages are consistent and aligned closely with the program’s objectives.
  • Establish and maintain internal communications processes, standards, and practices.
  • Lead or contribute to wide variety of KYC related projects by providing subject matter expertise and working with the Project teams to help meet project deliverable.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the company, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Working with operations and technology to understand the impact proposed by changes in data based on knowledge of system requirements.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master’s degree.
  • 4-10 years of experience in a project management role.
  • Prefer experience in project management, operations, technology, and compliance areas.
  • Develop reports using Excel and Cognos
  • Demonstrated organization skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • High proficiency with SharePoint, HPQC/ALM, Excel, Word, MS Project and PowerPoint.
  • Strong follow-up skills; demonstrated accountability for role and responsibilities.
  • Able to handle highly sensitive and confidential data with utmost discretion.
