Grow your career as a Project Manager with an innovative global bank in NY/NJ. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will be required to be onsite 2 days per week.

Will be responsible for leading multiple high-profile initiatives including project managing the ongoing rollout of a new loan origination system, business pipeline management and building out management reporting and analytics. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as Project Manager for the loan origination system.
  • Build project plans related to the system enhancements as required.
  • Maintain comprehensive yet concise issue and risk logs related to the system, improving on what is already in place.
  • Oversee and help create detailed test scripts for ongoing system releases; ensure the team is fully prepared for the system release.
  • Actively communicate project status to management including setting up and moderating calls, owning and driving agendas, setting meeting minutes and effectively follow up on open action items.
  • Build executive level reporting and dashboards related to the mortgage business and the loan origination system.
  • Manage the Mortgage Loan pipeline for the business and interface with relevant internal stakeholders to collect and summarize the status of the pipeline in an executive friendly format.
  • Create business insights and analytics for the mortgage business including developing effective executive level presentations.
  • Perform ad hoc requests as needed.
 
Qualifications:
  • Strong project management experience including interfacing with senior level executives.
  • Strong data analyst background.
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL Coding and MS Access.
  • Strong working knowledge of databases.
  • High comfort level and proven experience creating persuasive level presentations
  • Mortgage experience and/or strong knowledge of the mortgage business is highly preferred.
