Position: Project Manager
Location: Baltimore, Maryland, 21251
Term: 6 months
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for site supervision, planning and scheduling activities for large performance contracting guaranteed energy savings projects.
  • On-site Project Manager for large, complex jobs or multiple projects from project development to customer acceptance.
  • Supervises, directs the installation, start-up, commissioning, turnover and warranty of assigned projects.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction during and at final project completion.
  • Participates in pre-bid reviews and sales to operations turnover meetings to evaluate accuracy of the sales estimate and job layout.
  • Analyzes plans, construction contract specifications and codes to determine project requirements.
  • Plans and coordinates subcontractors and puts together and maintains 3 week look-ahead for upcoming project schedules.
  • Participates in job site final walk-thru and manages the completion of all close-out documentation such as As-Built drawings and system operating instructions, transfers or excess materials, billings, collections and payments, and all project records.
 
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • Associates degree or equivalent with an emphasis in a technical field, mechanical and HVAC knowledge.
  • 3 to 5 year experience managing construction related projects.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Project or Primavera and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
 
Even better if you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
