Position: Ethics Project Consultant
Location: West Des Moines, Iowa, 50266
Term: 12 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • This role will build and implement the International Ethics Office strategy.
  • You will partner with a cross-function group of key partners and help drive a culture of ethics and integrity throughout our global footprint.
  • Engage with internal partners in the development and improvement of our international ethics strategy.
  • Sustain strong collaboration with Ethics Office peers to build ethics awareness and responses.
  • Be responsible for the enhancement, development, implementation, and execution of global ethics program and initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of global ethics systems and personnel and provide recommendations for continuous improvement Identify emerging and developing compliance risks and work proactively across internal organizations to prioritize and address those risks.
  • Drive ethics objectives across our global footprint based on internal metrics and data, evolving legal and regulatory requirements and external benchmarking.
  • Provide leadership and direction
  • Responsible for leading cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity. Examples might include, but are not limited to: finance / operational / executive management review coordination, process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives, ongoing oversight of a leadership / diversity / recognition / Q12 or general program oversight.
  • Provides leadership to other consultants and analysts in the integration/implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary.
  • Develops metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives.
  • Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.
  • Engages program or project manager at the appropriate level as defined in the Program/Project Management Policy to guide implementation.
