Terrific 10+ month contract opportunity in Plano, TX for an R&D Project Manager. Will be responsible for collecting supplier documentation and proper record keeping supporting compliance. Responsible for maintaining an accurate BE status for all product formulations, assisting in development of updated labels in our ProductVision (PV) system, and assisting with packaging updates as needed

Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Project Manager in R&D.
  • Regulatory Affairs skills and technical competencies are very niche with a must-have combination of science and compliance expertise
  • Must have a food science and/or nutrition background
  • Familiar with regulatory guidelines as established in the Code of Federal Regulations.
  • HIghly prefer BE Labeling Rule. ProductVision (PV) experience.
