Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, GA 30334
Term: 5 months
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Support Procurement/Executive Team in coordination of supplier Demonstration and Deep Dive Analysis of Solutions.
  • Complete survey of state entities for on various topics as needed.
  • Coordinate Reporting and Review efforts of team.
  • Communication to both suppliers and state entity team members on scheduling and procurement related activities.
  • Schedule multiple meetings with a large number of state Entity SME’s for Supplier.
  • Demonstrations for a number of functional areas.
  • Coordination of SME and supplier availability.
  • Attend Weekly meeting with executive team and other project meetings.
  • Maintain schedule and reports of all events.
  • Collect and maintain proper material requested from all parties.
  • Create, maintain, and communicate meeting agenda, notes, and next steps.
  • Properly maintain document repository of procurement documents.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • 3 years’ of Project management experience and skills.
  • 3 years’ of Procurement experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team-management and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Procurement experience.
