Grow your career as a Business Continuity Analyst with an innovative global bank. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will start working remotely until offices reopen, then will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week. Will support project work associated with the implementation of an enhanced Continuity of Business (COB) testing and assessment framework updated in response to changing regulatory requirements. This includes the implementation of the COB governance framework that includes enhanced recovery scenarios as well as the validation of these scenarios for Maximum Tolerable Downtime (MTD)/Impact Tolerance as it applies to assessment, planning, and testing.

Responsibilities:
•    Perform business and process analysis to help define and support solutions for existing and new functional capabilities for setting impact tolerances, maximum tolerable downtime and the subsequent testing and validation of those values.
•    Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations. Draw on diverse range of internal and external sources to identify and evaluate opportunities for process improvement and simplification.
•    Partner with leadership, businesses and central teams to maintain a calendar of activities to ensure a timely completion of all requirements.
•    Work with the technology infrastructure group and line of business operational support teams to gather data needed to identify and assess impacts of shared infrastructure and application dependencies on franchise critical processes.
•    Collaborate and network to gather information internal and external to the organization to help guide business recommendations and ensure that business risks and results are documented.
•    Knowledge of organizational controls, tracking and monitoring requirements, ensuring project risks/issues are reported to the project management team.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in technology, business, or related discipline.
•    5-10 years as a Business Analyst in large enterprise financial services organizations.
•    Strong experience with both Continuity of Business and Operational Resilience frameworks and related regulatory requirements.
•    Good understanding of financial services and financial markets with exposure to different kinds of banking and brokerage products/functions.
•    Hands-on experience with Continuity of Business planning: scenario testing, process, identifying gaps, understanding methodology & buying time, and applying that to the business.
•    Experience with Scenario Testing and conducting oversight of the testing.
•    Ability to carry out implementations across different lines of business. Ability to refine plans and do any contingency planning and continuity of business operational resilience. 
•    Strong risk management acumen with the ability to identify risks and issues and work with businesses to establish and track mitigation plans.
•    Strong Microsoft Office skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
•    Must have good time management, planning, leadership, ability to work with different levels of the org and across an international organization.
