Long term contract in Plano, TX for a Project Administrator/Coordinator. Will provide project administration & coordination support for the company’s PMO team.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support all workstreams – 6 defined work streams and each has a Lead.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings.
  • Maintain calendars for about 6 leaders – coordinate work stream activities for those leaders – milestones, deliverables, etc.
  • WISP seat entries.
  • Take meeting minutes.
  • Follow up on action items.
  • Run reports.
  • Produce status reports.
  • Maintain supplies.
  • Capture pertinent meeting notes, action items, tasks, responsibilities & deadlines, and track outstanding items on multiple project plans.
  • Responsible for updating/following up with owners on risks, impediments, decisions, coordinating appropriate attendees for meeting, preparing meeting agendas, ensuring all materials are prepared for meetings & reviewed by presenters/key stakeholders as needed.
  • General project tracking & management, ensuring repository for project documents is updated and organized.
  • Expected to meet input deliverables for multiple work-streams (i.e. Dealer Credit, Sales Operations, Field Sales, Service Ops, VPP, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, DnA, Marketing, Private Label, Corp. Comms, etc.).
 
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma is required. 4-year degree is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of project coordination/administration experience (no entry or mid-level admins).
  • Strong technical skills:  Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive & SharePoint.
  • A little higher level (no entry or mid-level admins)
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, effective communication & follow up skills, ability to interpret detailed meeting discussions into meaningful summaries with action items, ability to understand and log business decisions as needed.
  • Experience working with different personalities.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, agile environment (teams are located in Plano, but some are virtual).
  • Prior TFS experience is preferred.
  • Prefer financial services and automotive experience.
