We are growing and looking to hire a Program Manager to do more than just manage IT projects but someone that can think and make an impact in the way we implement projects and enhance our PM processes and tools.

We are looking for a Program / Project Manager that ideally has worked with a tool called Workfront for capacity and resource management and has versatile experience and can do Business and Systems Analysis, work with business and technical teams in solutioning and is an Agile practitioner. We are a company of about 1,200 employees and have various IT projects both infrastructure related as well as development related. We are "Agile light" and use Agile in all development efforts but take a more traditional PM approach on most infrastructure projects. We are looking for someone that can help us move more toward Agile where this makes sense and help with processes and tools and in general, namely Workfront.

We are using the Atlassian products so prefer that you have experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.

This position is 100% remote but ideally we'd like someone that is working EST or CST hours and not on say the west coast. We are looking for an individual that wants to make an impact...we need people that can think!

We are in the educational field so the overall mission of the company is to help people gain the skills and knowledge that will help them further their careers and fulfill their dreams! If you have prior experience in the educational industry, that is a plus but not required.

If you are looking for a good organization where your contributions will make an impact and you are not just another cog in the wheel - apply and come join us and help make a difference. Again, this is a full time, permanent position offering full benefits, 401K plan, and other benefits!

Candidates will be responsible for following the client's COVID-19 protocols. Please refer to your MATRIX representative for specifics.
