Our client's Program/Accounts Manager is the primary point of contact on multiple client projects and will perform a variety of duties such as: assembling, coordinating, and co-managing multidisciplinary technical review teams made up of professional staff from various departments and functions on both the client side internally and the external customer.

This person will interface with the customer and the client's internal technical staff to ensure effective definition of and delivery of projects. Provides regular and proactive communications to customers and internal client teams. Maintains an ongoing customer in mind approach in their day to day support of customer accounts.

Essential Functions

Supports business start-ups for medium to large sized programs and works with the end goal of becoming and establishing trusted advisor status

Manages assigned projects using program management methodologies and techniques in accordance with established standards

Interacts with customers and internal functional support teams to ensure results are achieved

Develops and manages plans to include scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communications and risks

Develops implementation strategy to meet customer expectations

Coordinates the efforts and meetings to begin live operations criteria

Monitors post implementation customer expectations and standards

Interacts with multiple levels including Executive and Leadership teams internally and client/Customer organizations

Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals

Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors

Bachelor's degree  highly preferred in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or minimum of 5 years relevant work experience

3 years or more related experience in Project Management or Similar experience required

Experience supporting end customers through things such as pre and post implementation or onboarding and support

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or 
Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
