Position: Program Manager- IoT Console Manager

Location:  Atlanta Ideal, Dallas Secondary

Duration:  12 Months

Position Description

Our client, a global wireless telecom provider and IoT industry leader is seeking a Program Manager whose primary responsibility will be domestic and international customer onboarding and connecting of new devices and the SIM to the Jasper Control Center.  Additionally, the Program Manager will be tasked with identifying and documenting opportunities to automate processes that are currently manual in nature.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy processes for SIM ordering
  • Collect orders placed in Portal and perform quality control (QC)
  • Update Portal with relevant order information for customer
  • Retrieve customer invoice from Universal Biller (“UB”) and email to customer to post to the IoT Console portal
  • Prepare SIM Export paperwork (Per Global Trade Operations)
  • Perform customer screening.
  • Creation of Commercial Invoices and shipping documents
  • Coordinate shipping with AT&T Warehouse
  • Process MOW Test and SIM fulfillment
  • Place SIMS in customer account and coordinate shipment with IoT Solution Engineer
  • Provide support for IoT Console MVP Process Management
  • Receive and ship SIMs for customers as required.
  • Monitor IoT Console MVP Process Management email account.
  • Send Welcome letter to customers.
  • Perform manual work for ACC account, such as input Automation rules, or Account hierarchy.
  • Identify, analyze and document process improvement and automation opportunities


Required Skills:

  • 3 plus years of previous Program Management experience
  • 3 plus years of Jasper Control Center/IoT Console experience including feature testing, process analysis, project management and new offer rollout
  • 3 plus years of manual experience onboarding customer mobile device SIMs, including testing, placing orders to the warehouse and associated client billing
  • 3 plus years of experience identifying, analyzing and documenting process automation opportunities

Preferred Experience/Skills

  • LEAN or Six Sigma Process Certifications
  • Previous experience working for AT&T
  • PMP or Similar Project Management Certifications
