Dynamic contract opportunity with a progressive commercial real estate services company.
Position: Product Manager
Location: Dallas, Texas 75201
Hourly Rate: $41.20/hr.
Term: 5 Months Contract

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a product expert on the team, and responsible for data analysis and insights that will be used to drive optimizations.
  • Supports in breaking down requirements in user stories, backlog management and prioritization of feature development.
  • Engages and works closely with lead Product Managers and key business stakeholders to understand business requirements and decompose them into user stories.
  • Also assists in the development of products and projects by writing use-cases and high-level requirements for internal teams.
  • With guidance of lead Product Manager(s), works with Product Analysts and other Associate Product Managers to identify and plan for dependencies, fills product gaps, and researches opportunities to provide new and enhanced products and/or features to clients.
  • Supports in the grooming and prioritizing product backlog working in collaboration with line of business partners and scrum team, ensuring features, stories and tasks are well understood by all the sides.
  • Assists lead Product Manager(s) in managing a product through the product development life-cycle (e.g.
  • product launches, including Sales readiness activities and post-launch efforts).
  • Troubleshoots arising product issues and/or client requests, and serves as back-up to the lead Product Manager(s).
  • Build relationships with users and stakeholders to understand their business areas and help to develop product road maps and strategies that add additional value to the organization as a whole.
  • Contributes to training and education of stakeholders and customers in subject matter areas including demos supporting release notes.
  • Develops new ideas and proposes innovative solutions to senior Product Managers.
  • Works with client-facing teams to identify and execute opportunities that increase product penetration including the creation of presentations, case studies, website content and white papers.
  • Uses market feedback to inform product refinements and ongoing development.
  • Partners with cross-functional partners (i.e.Engineering, D&T Management, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to understand evolving business needs and customer impacts.
  • Has the ability to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships.
  • Also leverages straightforward communication, in a structured way, to influence others.
Is it a good fit? (Requirements):
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field of work or equivalent work experience.
  • Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes.
  • Typically has 7- 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Translates high-level specifications for software components into program specifications.
  • Estimates time against completing the program specifications.
  • Ability to research, comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents accurately.
  • Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
  • Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to solve problems of moderate complexity.
