Position Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and finance to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
•    Define the product strategy and propose overall budget to ensure success
•    Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
•    Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
•    Be an expert with respect to the competition and deliver monthly revenue forecasts
•    Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
•    Brief press, go on press tours, and perform product demos to customers
•    Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals, and develop sales tools and collateral
•    Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
•    Monitor expansion opportunities in other states and verticals in Georgia (sports betting, hotels, bars, etc.)
•    Monitor opportunities for acquisitions that will leverage and expand our product offerings
•    Work with Engineering to prioritize and scope feature changes to Titan, PICA, and any other products we develop
•    Work with Engineering to evaluate possible features coming out of the technology and whether they're worth developing into product features based on ROI.
•    Work with Sales to develop comparisons with other vendors and sales materials that leverages our advantages
•    Work with Sales to gather feature requests and prioritize them for development
•    Work with Support to gather pain points and opportunities to improve the product to make support more efficient
•    Work with Sales and Executive Management to develop a roadmap into the corporate space
•    Develop our product in ways that move us out of the commodity market and enable us to differentiate ourselves from our competitors (both MLH and card-based systems)

Qualifications and Experience
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
•    Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
•    5+ years of experience in a job in the technology, gaming, or retail markets
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Capable of assembling pricing analysis and revenue opportunity
•    Bachelor’s degree 
•    Excellent teamwork skills
•    Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
•    High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams
•    Worked with both in-house and offshore software development projects
•    Have worked with Agile projects, including both Scrum and Kanban
•    Familiar with cloud hosting projects and mobile application development
