Responsibilities Include:

Support Strategic Vision

  • Enrich and transform the mobile app experience, increase customer engagement, and drive higher ratings and more reviews in the app store

Specific Objectives:

Mobile retail banking app will support the following areas:

  1. App Strategy
    1. Identify new opportunities for better engagement and usage of our mobile apps and key pages
    2. Be a strong SME on native features and experiences across iOS and Android
  2. Competitive Analysis
    1. Ability to do competitive tear-down analysis
    2. Strategically summarize findings, identify and determine gaps and opportunities


  1. Voice of Customer
    1. Partner with teams to understand voice of customer
    2. Strategically summarize, identify and determine gaps and opportunities
    3. Identify customer journeys and support their needs through past data analysis


  1. Data Analysis and Requirements
    1. Articulate data needs and requirements
    2. Fluent in Tableu and excel to pull data and analysis
    3. Ability to summarize at strategic level and key take-aways
  2. Risk Management
    1. Ensure all our mobile apps continue to meet risk and compliance standards.
    2. Manage TRIMs process and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
    3. Maintain sharepoint site
  3. Production support
    1. Partner with development on resolving issues quickly
    2. Communicate resolution to impacted customer facing teams


Support Concept and Product Development activities

  • Help define a strategic roadmap
  • Oversee the execution of projects from development through implementation
  • Build and manage relationships with multiple internal teams (e.g. product, development,  project management, etc.) and lines of business
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and create required documentation (e.g. business case, PDD, user stories, etc.)
  • Support strategic business and customer analysis to identify areas of opportunity and use the results to resolve problems and improve the customer experience
  • Coordinate and enforce Usability, Design and Information Architecture standards to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Help develop/support ideas for enhancing existing functionality or identifying new functionality based on customer research, competitive benchmarking and partner needs


Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product management and development experience
  • 3+ years mobile app experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in digital product management/development, program management, strategy, marketing and/or related position in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in financial services or related industries-
  • Superior project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently- self starter
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
  • Ability to manage full life cycle projects that vary in scope and complexity
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities-
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives-
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
