Our enterprise client in Atlanta is currently seeking to hire a Principal Product Manager to help deliver product strategy and deploy top company initiatives.  The expectation is that this will be a highly skilled individual contributor will work closely with UX and Engineer Principals to deliver product and product strategy. Principal Product Manager will work with Principals determine ideal state, pain points, and work with teams to do lean testing and discovery and discovery and design as well as defining the ongoing process. This role will differ from other Product Management roles in that there is no hand off, they will own the end to end product delivery and customer journey.  70% of time will be spent as a contributor and 30% of time spent coaching and defining OKR's as a support function. 

Required Skills (min. of 10 years of experience):
1. Extensive Product Management experience as a Product Practitioner, Program Management experience.

2. Experience with large scale delivery, end to end product management and experience creating a master backlog.
3. Experience working in a startup org or a large enterprise organization as a thought leader.
4. Experience working with VP.s, EVP's, to influence and thinking about solutions to problems for large corporate initiatives.

Our client is building a flexible concept and move forward strategy. Principal PM will attend big events meetings, design sprint for 1 week in a rotational program. Flexible office hours will be provided in this role.  There are 13-15 people on the team, and they are looking to add 6 more positions. The principal will not own anything but will own the end to end customer journey, they will not be writing user stories, will help translate the work to the teams. Measures of success will be defined by the quality of information being compiled and writing OKR’s for testing, as example. They will work with team leaders to help translate the strategy. Principal PM will create the master backlog across the four groups and must know how to create the product roadmap. Will be involved in sequence planning, will work with 100+ teams to create the master plan hand off and delivery management. Will create the journey map for a customer (UX Principal) and bring in the balance teams that own the customer, application, discovery, and design element. They will own the delivery of the customer experience. They will be involved with Big Rocks, multi-year initiatives to get things balanced so the teams can handle it. will own the up-front definition of things.
