Position: Billing Operations Coordinator
Location: Remote
Term: 6 Months Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for account reconciliation, documentation, submitting updates into multiple systems to ensure accurate member updates, reviewing and QC of letters, data entry and analysis of large sets of data.
  • Charged with maximizing cash flow by ensuring that an accurate and complete accounting of each members’ balance due is maintained.
  • Responsible for documenting and executing account reconciliation through potential adjustments and refunds due on beneficiary’s account.
  • Monitor and work payment errors and reversal reports on a weekly basis.

  • 2 years’ work experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong data entry (Excel/Access) and typing skills required.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as able to work as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Part D beneficial, but not required.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is critical.
  • A background in researching member accounts is highly preferred.
  • Requires work within several different operating systems and web based programs to retrieve document images, collect supporting or additional information.
  • General knowledge and understanding of Medicare Part D is a huge plus.
  • Experience with Excel, Access, and other data sources/tools is a must.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business is preferred.
