Title: People Operations Coordinator
- 1 - 2 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in a high volume shared services environment.
- Experience with Google suite and Workday, ticketing system experience is a plus.
- Passion for delivering world-class customer service with focused attentiveness to customer needs and providing support within defined SLAs.
- Strong interest in process improvement - you love finding ways to make processes more efficient and streamlined.
- Detail and data oriented with impeccable follow through.
- Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks requiring rigorous and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Familiarity with Confluence, Slack, or equivalent.
