Role: Partner Program Operations Manager
Location:  Any U.S. City - Remote role
Contract (potential conversion) 

Our global leader SAAS client is growing and seeking a Channel Operations Manager to work with and support Channel partner teams on various operational processes. Do you have a passion for Operations? Then we would love to hear from you.
The Partner Operations Manager who will take pride of ownership driving the operational excellence in channel partner management, and contribute effective management processes and maintain cross-functional relationships with responsibilities including but not limited to:
  • Partner Onboarding and Partner Portal support
  • Refine SFDC design and processes to drive partner autonomy
  • Identify and build out scalable tools and processes
  • Define partner Lead Lifecycle Management plans
  • Support the channel sales team in providing systems and processes that add value by increasing sale productivity through our partners
  • Facilitate adequate channel sales reporting to the field to ensure the business has information at their disposal to make decisions
  • Coordinate communication on policies and procedures to support the channel road map
  • Background in Channel Operations or similar role at a fast-paced technology company (software preferred)
  • Experience taking global initiatives and metrics and tuning them to the Channel needs and goals.

  • Detail oriented and energetic professional with a team player attitude
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to enable informed decision making
  • 5-7+ years direct experience with Alliance or ISV program development and management at a technology company
  • Deep knowledge of software related to partner marketing and management: Salesforce, Crossbeam, partner portal software, Box/Dropbox,
  • BA/BS degree required, MBA or Masters degree preferred
