Qualifications:
- Senior-Level Change Management/Leadership is highly desired.
- ERP and Implementation experience preferred
- Previous K-12 experience is a plus
- Change Management Certification required; Project Management experience is an added plus.
- Must be a team player, yet able to also work independently.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience with developing and leading a team to develop a change management plan, communications plan, and training plan.
- SharePoint Experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Identify and mitigate risk by understanding the impact of changes across diverse stakeholder groups
- Lead change management across multiple work streams with a structured methodology/process
- Be diligent about task completion, tracking, follow-up, and communication
- Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance
- Identify and mitigate risk by understanding the impact of changes across diverse stakeholder groups
- Facilitate cross-functional impact assessment of change across stakeholders
- Apply change management, communications, and training methodologies and principles to support a large and diverse user community
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress; including creating surveys and analyzing feedback results
- Support and engage senior leaders in the change process
- Create and implement communication plans
- Manage internal communications channels to collaborate and inform stakeholders about project changes and updates
- Manage the writing, editing, and review of internal website (SharePoint) communications
- Oversee the development and creation of collateral/training materials to meet stakeholder objectives.
- Create and publish good news stories/newsletter articles to promote awareness and satisfaction.
