Qualifications:

  • Senior-Level Change Management/Leadership is highly desired.
  • ERP and Implementation experience preferred
  • Previous K-12 experience is a plus
  • Change Management Certification required; Project Management experience is an added plus.
  • Must be a team player, yet able to also work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience with developing and leading a team to develop a change management plan, communications plan, and training plan.
  • SharePoint Experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and mitigate risk by understanding the impact of changes across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Lead change management across multiple work streams with a structured methodology/process
  • Be diligent about task completion, tracking, follow-up, and communication
  • Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance
  • Identify and mitigate risk by understanding the impact of changes across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Facilitate cross-functional impact assessment of change across stakeholders
  • Apply change management, communications, and training methodologies and principles to support a large and diverse user community
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress; including creating surveys and analyzing feedback results
  • Support and engage senior leaders in the change process
  • Create and implement communication plans
  • Manage internal communications channels to collaborate and inform stakeholders about project changes and updates
  • Manage the writing, editing, and review of internal website (SharePoint) communications
  • Oversee the development and creation of collateral/training materials to meet stakeholder objectives.
  • Create and publish good news stories/newsletter articles to promote awareness and satisfaction.
