Description:
The Organizational Change Management Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing change management strategies and plans for strategic efforts. This role works in partnership with leadership and stakeholders to develop change management strategy and implementation plans. This role is accountable for managing the Organizational Change Management framework and staff and overseeing the execution of activities related to organizational change management and stakeholder readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain a scalable framework for managing and facilitating organizational change
- Establish and manage Organizational Change Management governance, tooling, and integrations with management ecosystems
- Design, develop, and implement change management strategies and plans
- Perform/assess change impact analysis and develop/execute plans for operational readiness
- Identify and anticipate organizational challenges/resistance and develop/implement risk mitigation plans
- Work with leadership and team leads to establish priorities for organizational change management activities
- Define and enable communication strategy and stakeholder engagement methods
- Define, measure, and evolve adoption of change across the impacted stakeholders
- Define learning strategies and contribute to the development of training plans and learning platform
- Support leadership and organizations on deploying the organizational change management framework and strategies
- Prepare and deliver presentations on organizational change management strategies, implementation status, and adoption progress to leadership and teams
- Assess Organizational Change Management progress/health and key performance indicators and report to leadership and stakeholders
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships and networks with leadership and change agents
- Provide performance management feedback at the individual contributor and team levels
- Train stakeholders on the Organizational Change Management framework and tooling
- Mentor leadership and stakeholders on leveraging the Organizational Change Management framework and tooling to support the successful implementation of strategic initiatives
- Mentor leaders on identifying and enabling change agents with their respective organizations to implement organizational change management practices and tooling
- Partner with change management consultants to execute organizational change management strategies and enhance the Organizational Change Management framework with best practices
- Mentor staff and develop talent
- Support budget management for the Organizational Change Management Office
- Manage delivery of the Organizational Change Management roadmap
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers and subject matter experts
- Possess strong analytical skills, good listening skills with the ability to effectively coach and mentor others
- Ability to perform as a change agent to promote organizational change
- Ability to apply critical thinking to change management strategies, plans, risks, and issues in order to establish direction, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and represent status/impacts to key stakeholders
- Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail
- Ability to understand company strategies, product strategies, and key performance indicators to support development and implementation of change management strategies
Bachelor's Degree related field of study from an accredited university is required; however, relevant
experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
Experience Required:
5 years of organizational change management experience with the following areas of focus:
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading the design and implementation of Change Management strategies for strategic efforts in software solution companies
- Collaborations with business and IT leadership to set direction and drive implementations
- Managing senior leadership project and program collaborations and communications
- Performance management of direct reports
- Budget management experience
- Google Office products
- Change Management certification
- Experience in Payment technology and software solution projects and programs
