Terrific 12+ months contract in Henderson, Nevada for an Operations Support.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
Deposit production support:
  • Review deposit opening document package to ensure accuracy.
  • Review booked loans and deposit accounts to ensure the acct is boarded to the core system correctly.
  • Review daily maintenance report and ensure backup documents are obtained/archived.
  • Review daily posted transaction to ensure accurate posting.
  • Review Excessive Activity Report monthly to ensure the proper notice was sent to the customer.
  • Wire transaction posting.
  • Review non-post item report daily to ensure all items were accurately resolved.
  • Review/ensure all deposit documents are archived correctly.
  • Review dormancy acct report, work with Sales team to update the status.
  • Update deposit rates weekly, publish rate sheets to the bank website.
  • Support Annual Privacy mailing activities.
  • Support Year End reporting activities.
 
CRM System Data Maintenance & reporting:
  • Enter booked/closed account data to Salesforce daily.
  • Keep pipeline data up to date in Salesforce.
  • Maintain dealership, sales rep territory data current.
  • Generate monthly sales reports and ad hoc reports from Salesforce
  • Generate monthly credit card report
  • Distribute pay off lead report to Sales Dept weekly.
  • Distribute deposit acct dormancy report monthly.
  • Generate weekly surveys to new customers.
 
Customer facing system monitoring:
  • Monitor online banking backend system and address customer inquiries and processes.
  • Monitor online deposit application system to ensure all applications are processed.
 
Sales Support/Client Service:
  • Answer deposit/loan inquiries received via email from Team Members.
  • Act as a backup of Sales/Client service functions such as taking calls, responding to various requests as needed.
 
Audit/Project Support:
  • Provide data and documents as requested.
 
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Salesforce.com CRM system.
  • Knowledge in deposit product (opening, servicing).
  • 2+ years of deposit banking experience.
  • Basic MS Office product knowledge.
  • Experience in Fiserv Premier core system highly preferred.
