Position:  Office Clerk
Location: Marietta, GA 30008
Term: 4 Months Contract to hire


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
 

  • Assist in filing duties
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties
  • Reroute calls to appropriate party
  • Perform data entry
  • Operate office machines, such as copiers, scanners and fax machine
  • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • Perform data entry and transactions in AS400 system
  • Monitor accounts for accuracy
  • Filing copious


Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
 

  • Ability to operate truck scale
  • MUST pay very close attention to detail
  • JDE Proficiency is also a plus
  • Ability to conduct month-end journal entries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, preferably Advanced User of Microsoft Excel
  • Must administer an Excel test and share results
