Long term contract in Plano, TX for an O365 Learning Admin. Will be responsible for designing the trainings which will have to be taught. Will serve as the liaison between the internal Microsoft technical team and the Learning team on emerging Microsoft technology.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Be the face of Microsoft applications for company and be responsible for:
    • Outreach.
    • Answer app-related questions on the Yammer feed.
    • Provide monthly training as needed.
    • Create quick reference guides.
    • 1-1 support.
  • Provide supplementary technical resources to assist the company with the following tasks:
    • Design, develop and deliver Microsoft product training based on guidance from management team.
    • Manage schedule and registration of attendees of training provided.
    • Manage content on company portal through upload and maintenance of training-oriented content.
    • Publish training materials and training schedules as required.
    • Attend Scrum meetings with Collaborate and Produce Team to determine curriculum and content requirements.
    • Review training with scrum team for approval prior to delivery.
    • Produce status reports on training classes delivered, students attending, and student feedback to Management.
    • Work direction shall be provided by the company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Computer Science, Business, or Education/Instructional Design
  • 3-5 years of training experience.
  • Experience in training. Able to create and conduct instructor-led training.
  • Learning and adaptability to be able to learn and teach new Microsoft Products.
  • Proficiency (mastery preferred) in tools Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, etc.
  • Clear verbal and written communication.
  • Engaging and easy-to-follow presentations.
  • Design-focused.
  • Excels in collaborative environment
  • Preferred Skills/Experience: Instructional design, E-learning, UI/UX, Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
