Position: Network Pricing Senior Consultant
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona 85260
Term: 8 Months Contract
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-5 or Mon-Fri 7:00-4
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support in the assembly of timely and accurate pricing outputs, submission of final work to internal company Health business teams via web-based tools and perform moderate data analysis and client reporting in a fast paced, high volume environment.

Utilize various systems and software including but not limited to AS400, MS Excel, MS Access front-end interfaces and Salesforce.

Additional tasks include electronic information filing on shared drives, email communications with business partners (e.g. Underwriting/Account Team or Sales) and organizing/preparing/cataloging auditable documents.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

Must be a team player and a very strong self-starter. The candidate should possess medium-to-expert level ability in the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Outlook, Excel, and Word) in a Windows 7/10 operating environment.

Strong MS Access experience is desired but not required (comfort navigating in databases with a front-end user interface is required).

AS400/green screen experience is a plus, but not required.

Experience with the administration of healthcare benefits is preferred.

Must have an ability to pay extremely close attention to details working in a team that controls network and client financial setups.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are required and the candidate must be able to organize and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Able to comfortably navigate between different systems and screens for any one given assignment or task, and able to work within very tight deadlines with high volumes.

Should be comfortable working in a SQL environment to process data queries (our queries are pre-coded - the resource does not necessarily need to know how to code or program SQL statements).

Excellent communication skills are necessary as well as strong analytical skills with the ability to translate information from and to different knowledge levels in the organization (including Leadership).

A background in PBM claims auditing or general PBM claims knowledge is helpful, but not required.
