Grow your career as a Marketing Project Analyst with an innovative global bank in Elk Grove Village, IL. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Can be fully remote or hybrid schedule with 2-3 days per week onsite. Will support the execution of projects that deliver new features and functionality in support of the Retail Partnerships, including the entirety of a customer’s overall credit experience. Will also support significant business analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities:
•    Support Marketing projects including the rollout and testing of new features (rate sales, contactless card issuance, pre-qual programs) for retail partnerships.
•    Support the delivery of marketing features and functionality throughout the entire project lifecycle, including requirements definition, solutioning, development and testing.
•    Collaborate with a wide variety of internal teams to ensure projects deliver required functionality on time.
•    Manage stakeholder expectations and focus on the goal at hand while understanding the larger picture (timelines, partner needs, testing requirements, ease of use, supportability).
•    Ensure all required procedures, approvals and administrative requirements are closely followed and maintained throughout the execution of feature delivery.
•    Ownership and accountability of any key performance metrics related to project quality and delivery.

Qualifications:
•    3+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
•    Project management skills to help deliver on timelines and driving solutions that translate marketing requirements into efficiently executed projects.
•    Project support experience using Agile methodology.
•    Experience documenting and supporting execution of tasks including campaign execution, documentation of test criteria & executing test cases, and documenting testing results.
•    Strong proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
•    Technical skills in digital marketing, IT Systems, process management, reporting and analytics.
•    Strong communication, writing, and collaboration skills.
•    Knowledgeable of marketing and the overall customer experience, including best practices and emerging trends.
