Position: Events Project Manager
Location: New York, NY 10281
Term: 6 months
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Schedule kick-off and regular meetings with core team. (marketing owner, brand, creative services, digital content, search & social, agency etc.)
  • Develop production schedule and track approvals/socialization.
  • Manage and track budget.
  • Track progress against Showbook dates.
  • Enter creative brief deliverables and track progress in Aprimo.
  • Pay vendors.
  • Order literature from FGS and Seismic.
  • Order premiums from FGS. (custom if needed)
  • Main POC with conference planner, venue event planners and fabricator(s).
  • Manage booth staffing.
  • Manage marketing passes (brand, PR, CS, video), speaker passes, sales passes and client passes.
  • Manage hotel block.
  • Provide holistic oversite of full event experience from initial guest touch points (save-the-date) to post event polling and thank you’s.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • 5-7 years of experience managing large scale corporate events and conferences.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communications.
