Exciting 3+ months contract in Chandler, AZ for a Mail Room Clerk. Will be gathering the mail/packages etc. from various workgroups and send it all out.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Create shipping labels for UPS/FEDEX outgoing packages.
  • Work in Excel to enter and prepare tracking numbers for upload.
  • Keep inventory in the supply room and restock needed supplies utilizing online ordering system(s).
  • Handle supply requests though the mailroom database; examples: changing printer toner and delivering supplies.
  • Fill snack/logo item orders for company meetings.
  • Sort and deliver mail center wide. Includes FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
  • Deliver and stock copy paper to the entire center.
  • Prep documents for scanning and ship them to the processing center.
  • Comply with all internal and regulatory guidelines regarding title release and associated product refund eligibility e.g. title release.
  • Ensure compliance to company policy and related standard operation procedures (SOPs).
  • Meet workgroup established expectations for production and quality.
Required Skills:
  • Must have previous mail room experience
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential must be able to work until 5:30pm.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to stand and move for majority of shift (potentially 6-7 hours a day).
  • Able to lift 25 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
