Lead monthly model scoring and optimization process as a single point of contact for cross functional teams.
Develop industry leading statistical targeting and behavioral models that deliver business results meeting and exceeding our goals.
Lead new data source integration initiatives, including digital, retention, and customer service data.
Partner with vendors and credit bureaus to innovate new, industry leading modeling and optimization techniques and methodologies.
Lead advanced computational solution evaluations, such as High-Performance SAS Marketing Optimization, In-Database Computing, Python, H2O. Transition existing processes into new and enhanced ones, based on cost benefit analysis.
Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision techniques to enhance and automate control monitoring processes.
Manage the performance tracking of the existing models, and alert the modelers of needs for model enhancement.
Graduate level degree in Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, Physics, or a similar field required, a Ph.D. degree preferred. Three to five years of industry experience in Financial Services.
Strong Machine Learning, SAS, R skills. Ability to learn other software such as Hive, Mahout, Python quickly.
Strong project management and relationship management skills.
