Our client is a multibillion-dollar company that provides end-to-end managed services, technology and consulting to enable the digital workplace for small to enterprise businesses. Position: Warehouse Assistant  
Location: Chester, Virginia 23836
Hourly Rate: $19/hr.
Term: 12 Months Contract to Hire

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Logistics, including driving vehicles for asset transportation.
  • Ensure that equipment and PC parts are always available.
  • Review inventory reports, warranties and internal stock.
  • Follow up on technician's requests to fulfill parts requirements or solve issues in the system.
  • Third party logistics inventory management.
  • Quarterly physical inventory verification.
  • Obtain RMA (Return Manufacturer Authorization) for non-warranty orders.
  • Validate activity for in-transit parts to stay within desirable parameters.
  • Maintain minimum stock levels for field locations, 
  • Ensure that the system has all the information of minimum stocks.

Is it a good fit? (Requirements):
  • Warehouse management experience
  • Physical work is required to manage boxes, devices and driving vehicles
  • High sense of control and order.
  • Structured mindset, capable to adhere to processes and schematic diagrams for warehouse organization.
  • Familiarized with warehouse management software.
  • Skilled in person-to-person interactions.
  • Highly CSAT motivated.
