This international industry leader has an immediate long-term contract opportunity in Denton, TX for an Application Analyst.  Key requirement is SharePoint (Online and On-Prem) and experience with Scripting and SQL is strongly preferred. Will be supporting SharePoint and local Applications. Will initially be working remotely until the offices reopen in the future and then will require working onsite.  Will be part of the Infrastructure Services team and this position requires:

  • 3+ years experience supporting SharePoint (Online and On-Prem).
  • Scripting knowledge/experience.
  • SQL Query knowledge/experience.
  • Microsoft IIS / FTP experience preferred.
  • SQL Server experience preferred.
  • Power Automate, and PowerBI is preferred.PowerApps, Experience with
  • Good PowerShell scripting ability in Microsoft environments preferred.
  • Good Troubleshooting skills 
  • Knowledge on .NET programming is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ensuring Incident resolution according to established SLAs and completing activities within the service as assigned by the Service Manager. Providing skills and expertise necessary to deliver an IT service according to established SLAs, Team objectives, and with minimal interruptions.
  • Supporting day-to-day operations within SharePoint Online and OnPrem and Local applications.
  • Providing support to the end user community.
  • Proactively involved in service improvement and Change Management.
  • Participating as a project resource involving project implementation.
  • Understanding the underlying technical solution to effectively manage Enterprise tools.
  • Troubleshooting issues, connectivity and local applications.
  • Exploring opportunities to further improve the service delivered, staying on top of the ever-changing technology, and evaluating innovative solutions that can help to optimize the environment.
  • Contributing to team initiatives and service activities as assigned by the Service Manager
