Role Overview:
We are looking for a LMS Administrator experienced with Cornerstone to join our clients Training Team.  Resource will be responsible for the overall training effort by being the central point of contact for all program activities in the Bank's LMS, Cornerstone.
Will primarily be responsible for the implementation of Core LMS activities, including instructor-led classes, module assignment, curriculum development, and any necessary related maintenance. The LMS Administrator should also possess a high level of technical savvy and an ability to troubleshoot user issues as needed.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Act as the lead learning management system (LMS) administrator (Cornerstone).
  • Facilitate remote and in-person software platform training on subjects.
  • Manage class creations, enrollments, audiences, metrics, evaluations, maintenance, and documentation.
  • Monitor participants' knowledge before and after training and provide additional coaching and feedback to management.
  • Function as an L&D consultant with business partners developing and strategizing training needs.
  • Use a variety of instructional methods to ensure maximum delivery effectiveness.
  • Work closely with management to address any identified opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and edit supplemental documents when needed.
Required Experience:
  • 2+ years administering a corporate Learning Management System specifically with Cornerstone.
  • Experience delivering content to adult learners.
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ownership.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
