Grow your career as a LIBOR Remediation Project Manager with an innovative global bank in New York, NY. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will be required to work onsite 2 days a week. Will be starting as soon as possible. Will be supporting Libor Remediation Project in the Legal Department. Will be part of a team working on a large-scale business change/regulatory project concerning LIBOR transition. This involves managing several workstreams. Will help with the coordination and following up on outstanding matters- generally keeping the project organized (tracking outstanding projects, hosting calls, taking minutes, coordinating calls to track outstanding items, preparing PowerPoint slides).
 
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain trackers, host meetings, draft meeting governance material, drive delivery of work stream milestones.
  • Prepare PowerPoint slides.
  • Prepare and present meeting materials such as PowerPoint slides, etc.
 
Qualifications:
  • 2 to 3 years of project management experience.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Legal background preferable or experience in helping to coordinate legal or regulatory projects and working with lawyers.
  • Organized, shows initiative, good communication skills.
