Terrific 8+ month opportunity in New York, NY for a Project Coordinator to support the internal Global Project Manager in the delivery of a LIBOR transition project. Onsite work will be required.

Responsibilities include:
•    Plan and document end-to-end delivery for global Capital Market transition.
•    Mobilize Client Communications Outreach for clients not using DocuSign platform.
•    Support internal communications, training and governance across all related workstreams.
•    Coordinate between legal, business and technology stakeholders to prepare for contract management transition of legacy contracts.
•    Management of related technology & operations impacts to business and coordination of any BRD.
•    Ensure appropriate level of governance and project execution discipline.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree.
•    3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator.
•    Financial Services industry experience.
•    Prefer understanding of LIBOR and its implications within the industry.
•    Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and particularly MS Excel and other related business and communication tools.
•    Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
•    Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
•    Strong problem-solving skills.
