Role: Leasing Administrator
Location:  100% Remote role
Contract role (global scaling company)

Our rapidly scaling global SaaS client is seeking a Lease Administrator to join their team.  This is an outstanding public company, industry leader with a phenomenal culture.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately maintaining critical lease documentation and managing the administration of all associated documentation. Critical documents, terms, and obligations are managed via both hard copy files and our lease database systems. Along with managing the documents and the process, the Lease Administrator will work closely with key stakeholders to keep them informed about any changes, key dates, notifications to leases and related documentation.
  • Manage the transition and implementation of new lease database system
  • Assist in the resolution of day to day issues and questions from landlords, AP/AR, business units, Account Managers, Finance, Project Management, Operations, and other stakeholders
  • Review and maintain lease abstracts for accuracy
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly and quarterly lease transaction schedules with Accounting
  • Assist with review of lease terms and liaise with Corporate Legal to prepare comments
  • Work with Accounts Payable and Accounting to review and approve monthly rent roll and miscellaneous payments
  • Review and analyze annual statements, confirm compliance with lease terms, verify amounts, and obtain business unit approval
  • Identify and recommend leases for audit opportunities
  • Assist in developing standardized lease administration policies and procedures focusing on review and processing of financial obligations, reconciliations, and audits
  • Perform Ad Hoc reporting and analysis to support company initiatives
  • Perform administrative tasks, as needed, to support Real Estate projects and proposals
Basic Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of lease admin-related experience
