Required Skills:

  • Selerant DEVEX PLM software expertise (Primary skill needed)
  • SAP PP, MM experience (Secondary skill needed)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Devex PLM system for the global organization
  • Resolve system issues in a timely manner so as not to adversely affect users
  • Act as the first point of contact for system issues, triage and resolve issues
  • Optimize system configuration including business rules, and change management
  • Work with business leads and end users to gather requirements, user stories, test cases in the relevant business requirement templates.
  • Document relevant PLM system changes, work instructions and policies
  • Facilitate end user training for Devex PLM modules and best practices
  • Manage user licenses and user authorization for the software, as well as facilitate data management aspects of PLM system administration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in PLM configuration and administration
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, as required
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
  • Ability to create training materials and facilitate sessions
  • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically, as needed
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience leading simultaneous PLM optimization projects
  • Experience with PLM programming languages (Microsoft .Net, ASP .Net, MVC etc) Preferred
  • Experience with SQL server database and T-SQL a plus
  • Experience with reporting tools a plus
  • Working knowledge of PLM integration to ERP a plus—particularly in a SAP environment
