Position: Lead Business Execution Consultant
Location: CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, 28202-1675
Term: 12 months
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development, evolution, and communication of Escalations Application system product vision, values, and priorities.
- Accountable for researching and resolving Escalations Application user inquiries.
- Supports maintenance of prioritized Escalations Application product backlog aligned to product vision and goals and performs user acceptance testing.
- Define and capture business requirements and work with technology on implementation.
- Review moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Utilize risk knowledge for error remediation for moderate to high-risk companywide projects and initiatives.
- Implement, monitor and interpret, risk-based governance programs policies and guidelines to align application functionality.
- Work on multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Partner with peer team on risk reporting to executive management, committees, and Board of Directors
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives.
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance.
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
- 5+ years of Risk Management experience (Compliance, Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Audit, Legal, Credit Risk, Market Risk, IT Systems Security, Business Process Management).
- 8+ years of experience with SDLC work preferably in agile environment.
- 5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
